Preventative Maintenance

Regular maintenance is essential for safety, efficiency, and longevity. Our service and warranty program includes equipment calibration, replacement of consumable parts with manufacturer-approved components, verification of safety systems, and routine maintenance schedules for each device. All devices bought with Apolomed and/or official Apolomed partners come with a two-year warranty.

Repair & Technical Support

In the unlikely event of a malfunction or equipment stoppage, our technical team is ready to assist quickly. Services include remote diagnostics, consultation, and a fast turnaround time for replacement parts. Equipment that cannot be repaired remotely will be prioritized for on-site repairs by our certified technicians.

Education & Clinical Support

Education is the heart of our service. We are committed to making training accessible to all doctors and licensed professionals, ensuring that every practitioner can confidently use our devices and thus have satisfied and repeat customers. Our educational support includes on-site/virtual training sessions, courses/knowledge checks, equipment guidance for presets/settings, and ongoing support for optimizing treatment outcomes. By removing barriers to education, we ensure that all doctors - whenever in a large clinic, new medpa, or a solo practice - have access to the knowledge needed to provide safe and effective medical aesthetic treatments to all customers.

Our Commitment

If a defect cannot be repaired or replaced, Apolomed may issue a refund or credit in alignment with the warranty terms. Liability is limited to the original purchase price, and we do not cover consequential losses such as business interruption or lost revenue.
