Preventative Maintenance
Regular maintenance is essential for safety, efficiency, and longevity. Our service and warranty program includes equipment calibration, replacement of consumable parts with manufacturer-approved components, verification of safety systems, and routine maintenance schedules for each device. All devices bought with Apolomed and/or official Apolomed partners come with a two-year warranty.
Repair & Technical Support
In the unlikely event of a malfunction or equipment stoppage, our technical team is ready to assist quickly. Services include remote diagnostics, consultation, and a fast turnaround time for replacement parts. Equipment that cannot be repaired remotely will be prioritized for on-site repairs by our certified technicians.
Education & Clinical Support

Our Commitment
If a defect cannot be repaired or replaced, Apolomed may issue a refund or credit in alignment with the warranty terms. Liability is limited to the original purchase price, and we do not cover consequential losses such as business interruption or lost revenue.
